The VIP Lounge Management Platform is a comprehensive solution developed for SAS Airports Operations, consisting of a Windows desktop dashboard and a mobile application designed to streamline VIP lounge reservation and access management. The platform enables authorized company delegations to create, manage, and control VIP lounge reservation permissions through the mobile application, while the desktop dashboard provides centralized management and monitoring capabilities for airport operations teams. The system improves coordination between stakeholders, simplifies reservation workflows, and enhances operational efficiency by replacing manual processes with a digital management solution.
My role
Fully developed the mobile application using Flutter, including UI implementation, business logic, API integration, reservation workflows, and user experience optimization. Collaborated with the team to ensure seamless integration between the mobile app and the overall platform.
